Facility

Our facility, which produces according to ISO 9001 standards, provides services on an area of 27.00 m2, including a 17.000 m2 processing line and 10.000 m2 foundry.

Production is carried out in melting furnaces in a 27.000 m2 closed area consisting of molding, core melting and foundry, and every stage is recorded. The mold material is brought into the targeted shape thanks to high-precision programs in 37 horizontal and 5-axis CNC machines in total in the machine park. There are 2 melting furnaces with an hourly capacity of 1 ton and 2 tons in the foundry section.

In the versatile sheet metal processing department, there are press machines from 40 tons to 1000 tons. Bending, punching and combined Zomba-laser applications are made in the sheet metal processing department.

There are 2 coldboxes and 1 shell core machine in the spade section of our facility. In this section, shell cores and carbon cores are made. It is produced as GG and GGG in the melted metal Spectrometer device in accordance with ISO.

There is a DISA molding line in the molding department.
