Production Overview

Our factory is reserved for the production of HARS products, of which 72.000 m2 is open and 27.000 m2 is closed. In order not to compromise on quality, the machines used are developed when necessary.

The following are available for Metal Removal:

• • 21 CNC machining centers, 4 of which are horizontal, 2 of which are 5-axis and 15 of which are 3-axis,
• • 16 CNC lathes, 3 vertical lathes and 13 horizontal lathes,
• • Universal milling,
• • Universal lathe,
• • Universal drill,
• • Honing bench,
• • Brooch bench

Other devices used in the production steps of original HARS spare parts are:

• Balancing bench,
• Hydraulic presses,
• Eccentric presses,
• Pipe bending machines,
• Surface grinding machine,
• Cord machines,
• Casting molding presses,
• Foundry furnaces,
• Core machines

In order to keep the quality and functionality at the highest level, the produced parts are tested with CMM (coordinate measuring device) devices. Thanks to the devices that measure accurately, precisely and quickly, production continues without interruption.
