Quality Control And Test Process

Quality control and testing processes are carried out meticulously in order not to compromise on quality in original HARS spare parts. There are quality control officers in all departments, depending on the quality assurance unit. Therefore, in this process, all departments work in a synchronized manner and the quality is kept at the highest level. All processes, from the arrival of the raw material to the final product to be shipped to the customer, are controlled at specified standards and periods.

  • Quality controls are made for products such as pins, springs and bolts received.
  • While the manufactured products are adjusted on the counter, production is not continued until the first adjustment control approval is given.
  • Audit controls are carried out in the processes from sheet metal processing and paint department to packaging, based on the technical drawing and sample product.
  • 5% of the products to be shipped to the warehouse are recorded and reported by the quality control officer.
  • Mass production continues after obtaining quality assurance approval before mass production.
  • In cases such as errors in mass production, the stop-call-wait procedure prevents error escaping.
  • Errors that occur during quality controls are taken to the rejected product area, analyzed and countermeasures are taken.
  • In case of operational errors, feedback is given to the production lines about the error with work flow charts.

After the controls and testing process, operators are provided with one-point training for error reporting, and quality is produced on site.
