After Sales Services And Return Policy

As HARS Traktör A.Ş, CSS (customer satisfaction survey) is conducted periodically and the results are analyzed in order to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level in after-sales services and return policy. At the same time, our sales representatives and quality assurance unit provide the necessary support to our customers in the domestic and foreign markets according to the results of the customer complaint error prevention system and error types.

All problems are resolved in the most accurate and fastest way in case of errors etc. that may occur in production or assembly lines. In this process, which we proceed with the understanding of complete customer satisfaction, no warranty coverage is observed.

After the returned products and feedbacks from our customers, our products are registered with the reference number in the customer complaint error prevention system in the quality assurance department by the sales team. After the analysis and controls, if there is an error caused by the production or assembly, the necessary actions are taken and the product is delivered to the customer without any problems. In order not to repeat the mistake, the desired quality is ensured by taking permanent measures as a result of CPA (corrective and preventive action form).

Genuine HARS spare parts are developed and produced in line with the demands and expectations of the customers, according to the analysis results of the customer satisfaction survey conducted at regular intervals.
