John Deere

John Deere is the founder of Deere & Company, an American tractor manufacturer. He is also the developer of the first successful self-cleaning steel plow for commercial use in the world. Today, the John Deere brand is sold in more than 160 countries. Therefore, it draws attention as the world's largest agricultural machinery manufacturer.

The strategy of the brand in question is to grow in areas directly related to soil and production. Adhering to this strategy, it is among the top three in the world in the field of precision irrigation systems, with the breakthroughs it has made in recent years. It also grows in the field of wind energy through various partnerships.

The most distinctive feature that distinguishes this brand from other brands is the use of diesel engines designed and produced by itself in machines such as tractors, combines, cotton harvesters. What is a Clutch?

Clutch is a system that allows gear changes in vehicles. It provides the gear change by cutting the connection between the gearbox and the engine. At the same time, the part between the engine and the transmission is called the clutch.

The most important feature that distinguishes manual transmission cars from automatic transmission cars is the clutch system. In addition, the factor that most affects the reason for choosing a vehicle when buying a vehicle is the automatic or manual transmission option.

Clutch is one of the elements that allows the vehicle to move smoothly in cars with manual transmission. Therefore, part quality is very important.

What are the parts that make up the clutch?

The system consists of 4 different parts. These parts are;

  • Clutch bearing
  • Clutch lining
  • Flywheel connected to the engine
  • Clutch plate

As HARS Tractor A.Ş, spare parts that make up the John Deere clutch system are produced with superior quality in our factory.

How is the Working Principle of the Clutch System?

Clutch is a gear system that works by taking advantage of friction force. When the car is started, the pressure and pad are activated. There is a ball between the pressure and the lining. When the clutch is pressed, the existing ball exerts pressure on the pressure and therefore the pad is wasted. In this way, the gear lever is moved. This is how gear changes are possible.

While the clutch system works with the clutch cable in old model cars, it works with hydraulic fluid and center in new model cars.

Does the Clutch System Have a Certain Lifespan?

As with many parts in automobiles, the parts in the clutch system also have a certain life. The lining is subject to wear after long-term use. Therefore, it loses its grip. For this reason, the grip of the pedal and the pedal height should be checked regularly.

Disrupting the controls that should be done at certain periods can cause serious damage to the lining. At the same time, damage to the clutch system can also cause the power transmission between the engine and the wheels to be terminated. For this reason, you should not neglect the clutch controls and you should prefer that the necessary operations are carried out by skilled craftsmen.
