Founded in 1951, the company was renamed Valtra in 2001. It is a tractor manufacturer. Today it is a brand owned by AGCO Corporation. Its headquarters is in Finland. Clutch parts are produced in accordance with this brand in our factory.

Valtra is a Finnish tractor manufacturer. The company was founded in 1951 as a tractor manufacturer of the Valmet company. However, it was renamed Valtra in 2001. Today, it continues its activities under the umbrella of AGCO company.

Valtra Tractor Models

Tractor models are grouped under 5 series. These series are as follows:

• A Series: It is a Scandinavian origin series. It has a long and deep-rooted history. It is among the most popular tractor models of the region. In accordance with the agreement made in 2002, the production of the series is carried out by Hattat Traktör in Turkey.
• S Series: It is the tractor series where efficiency is maximized and costs are minimized. It also offers a balanced performance. It has a powerful engine and also a stepless transmission. It is designed to handle tough jobs. It is very important to have a spacious cabin in terms of driving comfort.
• N Series: Valtra N series is an award-winning series. It is the perfect combination of size, power and comfort. It has a fluid and agile movement capacity. It also has 365 degrees of visibility.
• T Series: The excellent view it offers provides full control over the land. Valtra T series is an award-winning series of beauty, intelligence and muscle.

What is Clutch?

The clutch transmits the thrust from the engine to the wheels in vehicles with manual transmission. In addition, this system ensures efficient use of the engine's thrust. When a certain rpm level is reached while driving, gear changes can be made thanks to the clutch. The main feature that distinguishes cars with manual transmission from cars with automatic transmission is the clutch system.

It is one of the parts that allows the vehicle to move smoothly in cars with manual transmission. Therefore, the quality is very important.

What are the Clutch Components?

Clutch consists of 4 different parts. These parts are;

• Clutch lining
• Flywheel connected to the engine
• Clutch plate

How to Tell if Clutch Pad Is Worn?

In order to understand whether the clutch is damaged or not, you need to know the vehicle and also understand it. If you do not notice the worn, damaged clutch and continue to use it, the power transfer between the engine and the wheels may end while driving. In addition, you should make sure that the spare parts used in the replacement of the clutch are reliable and of high quality. In this way, you can use your vehicle more efficiently.

There are several clues to help you understand when the clutch lining is worn. These tips are as follows:

• Pedal starting to harden.
• Experiencing excessive vibration during the first take-off.
• Clutch starts to engage higher than normal.

What Should Be Considered When Using Clutch?

Things to consider when using the clutch;

• Avoid using the clutch pedal while braking.
• No shifting should be made between reverse gear and forward gear before the vehicle comes to a complete stop.
• Continuous pressure should not be applied to the clutch.
• At a red light, wait in neutral instead of holding the clutch and at the same time in first gear.
• Care should be taken not to take off with half clutch on slopes.
• It should not be used except when needed.
• Maintenance should be done regularly. Because the clutch system is a system that gets damaged over time.
