Zetor has been officially known as Zetor Tractors since January 1, 2007. It is a Czech Republic-based agricultural machinery manufacturer. Front alignment parts are produced for this brand in our factory.
Zetor was founded in 1946. The company is headquartered in Brno, Czech Republic. It is a company that produces tractors and tractor components. HTC Holding has been its sole shareholder since 29 June 2022.
It has sold over 1.3 million tractors in its 76-year history. The product portfolio consists of six model series with power outputs ranging from 40 to 160 horsepower. It is also the first manufacturer to develop and produce tractor safety cabins, Zetor.
This brand is represented abroad by seven organizations in North America, the United Kingdom, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, France and also in India. In 2015, the company directed 86% of its total production abroad. It exports its products to France, England and Ireland as well as traditional markets such as Slovakia, Poland and Germany.
Proxima model is produced in three different types as Proxima CL, Proxima GP and also Proxima HS. Creeper gears are offered as well as three-stage Power Shift or Power Shuttle's in the CL model. Power outputs range from 80 to 120 horsepower (60 to 89 kW). They also have various transmissions.

The Forterra series are tractors equipped with four-cylinder engines for heavy-duty use in agriculture and forestry. The first models were introduced to the market in 2008.
The name Crystal refers to the tractors produced by the brand from 1969 to the 1980s.
In 2015, a new Major 60 model was added to the Major line-up with a power output of 61 horsepower. Later, at the end of 2016, the company introduced the Major HS model, which offers high comfort while maintaining low operating costs. It is appreciated that it offers easy and comfortable use. This model belongs to the medium power class.

This component transmits the commands of the steering movements to the wheels via the worm gear. For this reason, it is very important for driving safety that it works smoothly.
At the same time, this system must work smoothly in order for the tires to have a long life and the vehicle's handling is good. In addition, this system is directly proportional to the comfort while driving.
The parts that make up the front alignment are as follows:
Tie Rod –Tie Rod End: The rods located between the front assembly transmit the commands transmitted from the steering wheel to the wheels.
Axle: Axles are important parts that transmit the movement from the differential to the wheels.
Suspension System: The task of the suspension system is to maintain the connection of the wheels with the road in all road conditions.
Front Alignment: Shock Absorber: The shock absorber is included in the operating system of the springs.
Suspension System: The suspension system springs and shock absorbers in the front arrangement are the parts that fix the vehicle's chassis.
Swing Arms and Ball Joints: The wishbones and ball joints connect the axle to the wishbones.
Z Rod: It is the part that is responsible for the stability of the vehicle (especially when cornering).
Shock Absorber Mounts: Shock absorber mounts are the parts that allow the shock absorbers to be fixed to the vehicle so that they can move freely.
Swings: The task of the swings is to protect the front of the vehicles against any impact.
