Başak Tractor was established in Adapazarı in 1914. The main parts of the tractor, including the engine, are produced and assembled in the factory, which has a production capacity of 10 tractors per year. Today, it produces within the body of Sakon Holding. Brake parts are produced in accordance with Başak brand in our factory.
Başak Tractor manufactures tractor parts such as:
Today, it adds many agricultural equipment to its product range, as well as various tractors it produces. Tractors and equipment produced by Başak tractor are as follows:

The brake is the mechanism used to reduce the speed of a vehicle or to stop its movement. The quality of the parts used in this system, which allows the vehicle to slow down or stop in any situation, is very important for driving safety. At the same time, it is one of the essential criteria that the system has a strong mechanism. Because a weak system will not slow down the vehicle safely.
Today, modern braking systems are used in cars. In this way, situations such as skidding or overturning of vehicles are prevented and driving safety is ensured at the maximum level.
Brake systems vary according to the models, sizes and features of the vehicles. The main types used are as follows;
• Air Brake System
It is a system generally used in heavy vehicles or heavy commercial vehicles. It works with an air compressor. The discharge of available air activates the braking system.
• Hydraulic Brake System
In this system, hydraulic oil pressure is used. As soon as the brake is pressed, the piston moves and the calipers are closed by the pressure of the oil. Then the brake pads and the discs on the wheels stick together. This allows the vehicle to slow down or stop.
• ABS System
ABS stands for 'anti-lock braking system'. It prevents the wheels from locking in sudden braking. In this way, it ensures that steering control is not lost.
• MSR System
The MSR system is a system that prevents the vehicle from slipping on slippery surfaces. In this way, it provides a safe ride on slippery surfaces. It stands for 'engine brake regulation system'.
• ASR System
ASR system stands for 'anti skid system'. Therefore, it has been developed to prevent the vehicle from skidding.
• EBD System
It stands for 'electronic brake force distribution system'. As the name suggests, it provides equalization of the power distribution in the front and rear brakes.
• Magnetic Braking System
Also known as engine braking. The engine starts to slow down when the accelerator pedal is released.
• ESP System
The ESP system stands for 'electronic stability program'. It is a braking system developed to prevent the vehicle from skidding. However, this system works in conjunction with ABS and ASR braking systems.
. Hill Start Assist System
It is a braking system developed to prevent the vehicle from slipping on a slope or any inclined road. It applies braking to the clutch engagement point of the vehicle. This braking ends when the accelerator is pressed. Therefore, the vehicle moves safely.
