Establishment of Quality Management System

The establishment of the Quality Management System takes place in 5 different stages. These stages are;

Stage 1: The first stage of establishing a QMS is training. The person or persons responsible for certification in the company are required to attend the ISO 9001:2015 basics training course as well as the internal auditor course. It is very important to get this training from accredited training companies.

Stage 2: The second stage includes the establishment of the management system. At this stage, targets are determined by adhering to company targets. At the same time, it should be determined what is missing in the current activities. Important elements such as procedures, instructions as well as operating rules need to be determined.

Stage 3: At this stage, the management framework is put into practice. Document checks are made and then the management principles are transferred to the employees. The 3rd stage is the first application of the Quality Management System.

Stage 4: The defects of the system are repaired at this stage. With the QMS implemented in the previous stage, the existing problems in the system will come to light. Therefore, at this stage, necessary corrections and controls are made, taking into account the standards.

Stage 5: After the necessary arrangements are made, a document application is made at this stage.
